Shipping

When you purchase a book from our website, it’s made to order, especially for you. Our hardbacks take longer to print. We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, but please be aware that we are a small team. Any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the Monday of the following week.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

UK Shipping
We allow up to 7 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

US Shipping
We allow up to 10 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

EU Shipping
We allow up to 7 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

Australia and NZ Shipping
We allow up to 10 working days for processing, dispatch, shipping, and delivery.

If you are outside these areas, we may still be able to ship to your location, so please get in touch; we’d be happy to help.

We are an independent publishing house based in the UK, so international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Please note that the following delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, seasonal pressures, or delivery carrier delays. Shipping and delivery times apply once the books have been printed and shipped from our facility. An estimate of shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact [email protected]

We offer a 14-day return window from the date the item was delivered to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.

The order packing slip must be included with all returned items. If you do not have a packing slip, please email us to request one. Please post all returns to:

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning any items. For a refund to be initiated, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside of the 14-day window will not be refunded.

We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your item and issue it to the original payment method once we have received your returned item.

We do not offer exchanges.

Seasonal Delays

Like other retailers, we experience longer delays in printing and shipping during busy seasonal periods. We work closely with our suppliers to reduce these as much as possible and will update this page with seasonal delivery time information accordingly.
